CAD ROI is our NVQ Centre based in the Republic of Ireland.It has been formed to help employers take control of the development and qualification of their own staff and to meet the needs of their clients in the construction industry.

We have developed a unique model for qualifying the workforce. The model is based on the effective utilisation of people with naturally occurring specialist skills from both parties that will ensure success.

CAD ROI model for qualifying the workforce is as follows:

• The provision of a fully quality assured and accredited NVQ Centre capable of offering construction NVQs at all Levels:

• The provision of a forum to develop and agree a rationale and plan to develop and qualify your workforce

• Identify, train, support and qualify nominated supervisors & managers from within your organisation to enable them to assess NVQ's.

• Provide the support and resources required to enable assessors’ to take candidates from registration to certification and the achievement of an NVQ which will allow them to gain a CSCS/CPCS Card

• Provide a cost effective service which utilises the ROI Government Funding to ensure employer expenditure is kept to a minimum
