Learners can gain access to the RICS Associate qualification (AssocRICS) through our NVQ Level 6 and 7 Diplomas in Construction Management.
The RICS Associate (AssocRICS) qualification recognises the skills of individuals with relevant work experience and vocational qualifications.
Associate is a respected qualification that demonstrates commercial and technical standards and professional ethics. It shows you are qualified, regulated and trusted.

How are these qualifications conducted?
Our NVQs are delivered online though our unique, and simple to use dropbox-style ePortfolio system.
Individuals will be assessed by one of our specialist Construction Managers, all of whom hold or are working towards MCIOB status.
The entire process is conducted from distance using a variety of communication methods to suit the individual learner, such as Skype, Telephone, Email, Remote Desktop and our online ePortfolio system.
