What is IOSH?
IOSH stands for the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. Based in the UK, but with members around the globe, it’s a not-for-profit organisation.
It is also the Chartered body for health and safety professionals; aiming to raise standards and regulate the profession. Its work includes developing and promoting a code of conduct, as well as developing and accrediting safety training courses.
If you’re considering a career in health and safety, you’ll no doubt want to consider IOSH Membership.
Grad IOSH is for people who are working towards becoming Chartered Members. They will be asked to complete Initial Professional Development (IPD).
As a Graduate Member, you can use the letters Grad IOSH after your name.
